Every Your Diamond Gal purchase comes with a 100% money-back guarantee as well as a fine jewelry guarantee (please see below). Your Diamond Gal offers a 365-day warranty on all purchases. While we stand by the exceptional quality of our products, manufacturing defects may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with a description and any photographic evidence of the damage within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s). The 365-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or loss. Repairs or services performed on Your Diamond Gal purchases by a third party will void any warranties.
