Shipping Policy

Enjoy free insured shipping and returns on all items shipped within the United States. Expedited shipping services are also available on all purchased items upon checkout. Orders that exceed $250 will be shipped with a signature service to ensure safe delivery.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 14 business days of the date the item was received. Returned items must be unworn and in the condition in which they were received.

All custom orders are final sale.

Your Diamond Gal offers complimentary shipping for all returns with no restocking fee as long as all conditions of the return policy are met. Email customer service at info@yourdiamondgal.com to receive a USPS, UPS, or FedEx return label to ship your return at the nearest post office, UPS, or FedEx location.
